*To be eligible, you must be a current Uptown & Main resident and in good standing at the time of move in. Your friend must list your name on any paperwork at the time of application and each new resident may only list one friend as their referral. This sheet must be filled out and turned in to the rental office before the friend's move in date. This bonus cannot be used with any other rental incentive. The resident referral bonus will be issued in the form of a credit after your friend signs the lease and moves in.
